Kylie Searle from Mavericks shared how helpful it was to have someone who already knew their setup. “Alex explained the whole system really clearly,” she said. “One of the big things was making sure all our computers could talk to the new printer. He went around to each staff member’s computer to make sure it was all working properly”. She also noted how smoothly it went working with their external IT provider. “Alex helped set up scanning to our server and liaised directly with our IT team”, which helped bridge the gap for Kylie and the team. The familiarity that comes with a long-standing service relationship was another highlight. “Alex is bright and cheerful and chatty and he knows where everything is, so he just gets in and gets the job done. We don’t have to interrupt our day explaining everything to a different person”, she said.
