This month we were proud to be a silver sponsor of the Prelude Australia’s annual Women in Leadership fundraiser, which celebrates the positive impact women have in leadership roles. Representing Sharp Office were Nathan Packham and Alexandria Facchini, who heard from inspirational keynote speakers about their experience navigating leadership as females and when working with women. It was a great evening to connect, learn and see how impactful the support services that Prelude Australia provides for the community.
Prelude Australia is a not-for-profit charity that provides early childhood and therapy support services for children from birth to 12 years old, particularly those with developmental delays or disabilities. Through evidence-based, family-centred programs, Prelude Australia supports children and families to build independence, inclusion, and participation in everyday life across regional New South Wales. The organisation also hosts the annual Women in Leadership Fundraiser, which celebrates the positive impact women have in leadership roles while creating space to discuss key challenges facing women in the workplace.
