From Monday 3 August 2026, our Office Products, Furniture and Promotional Products business will transition to COS. As part of a strategic business sale agreement, COS will assume servicing of Sharp Office customers within the Office Products division. Our shared priority is to make this transition smooth and ensure there is no disruption to your day-to-day ordering, service or support.

Sharp Office remains an independently owned and operated Print Solutions business, and you can continue to rely on us for your business.

Yes. Your account, login, pricing and favourites will be setup on COSnet and nothing will change.

While you won’t be working with Sharp Office directly, you’ll still be dealing with the same Account Manager and receive support from the same Customer Service.

No. Sharp Office will continue to be your Managed Print Service provider. We will continue to monitor, service and supply toner for your Managed printer/copier as normal.
